Firstly around the world, each country talks about recession and aren't optimistc because this means that the country has had 2 negative successive quarters ,so it's the worst way for any country. When the recession hit France it became very hard for a lot of areas like the Real Estate or borrowing because of the lack of money in banks.
The banks are at a loose end because nobody trust anyone and everybody needs money so to find some solution or rather follow a better way is difficult ,but it will get better than before. For my part I haven't seen anything change ,may be it could be time which could have a big influence on economic activity. So, as the recession is a periodical drop in the economic activity, I hope for a great change but I think it's just a question of time.
