Today we`re maybe living in the worst global financial crisis that has ever been in the history of the world. It comes from the USA; it`s the effect of some financial bubbles (the first bubble appeared in the 90s with the dotcom titles) and it`s also the evidence of the failure of the credit system.
Concerning my country, Italy is always in crisis, so the global recession is another way for our government to justify its bad way of managing a country.
I saw also the effect of the global down turn in my previous job. We had fewer orders, a pessimistic environment in our company and 30% less turnover. Employees drifted, either to other companies or to other personal projects. My project is to improve my English and be ready to work hard for the reconstruction of a new economy.
In effect, I`m optimistic. The financial crisis is only a changing time, the real economy is always strong. We`re going to live in a new "New Deal", led by the new American President, who is for me a dreamer and a visionary. And when this period ends, our world will be without a financial crisis for the next 60 years.
